world basketball festival
as previously posted the world basketball festival will come through new york in august. on august 15th, the final day of the world basketball festival, the garden will have usa versus france and china versus puerto rico.
one fish two fish
my aunt came up from virginia for the weekend. so me, the lady, my mom and her headed uptown to one fish two fish. we all drank pina coladas and destroyed the salad and garlic bread. me and her both had the shrimp parmigiana and my mom and aunt both ate the lobster tail. the food is always good at this restaurant and we have a great time here.

genas grill
we walked around th east village and ended up at my favorite dominican spot, genas grill. we both started off with some empanadas and then we each had a plate of moro with roast pork and drank some die dreaming, she had some sweet plantains on the side. the food here is authentic and banging, Im always around this place.

ihop
we ate at acme on tuesday, but they already have a post. so another friday, chillin on fulton. this time we ended up in ihop, we both had some kind of craving for breakfast. I ate the cinnamon apple pancakes with scrambled cheese eggs, bacon, sausage and hash browns and she had pancakes, scrambled cheese eggs and bacon. everything was great. nothing better then eating breakfast for dinner. for those of yall that been to the ones on northern or hillside stop that shit and head over to brooklyn.

rack and soul
sunday night, we ate dinner at rack and soul. they some some kind of corn biscuits, that tasted kind of weird but are good at the same time. she ordered the smothered chicken with candied yams and collard greens. and I had the fried chicken and baby back ribs combo with mac and cheese and potato salad. the chicken both smothered and fried is great and the ribs are delicious the sides were all good. this is one of my top five bbq spots.

juniors
yesterday we chilled on fulton after work. then we walked over to juniors, drank some pina coladas, which was bangin. I ordered the buffalo shrimp and a brisket sandwich, the buffalo shrimp wasnt that good even though the fried shrimp tasted good the buffalo sauce was lackin some flavor and the beef brisket sandwich was good and she had the calamari with yellow rice and collard greens, the calamari and greens were good the rice was just rice. after that we shared a piece of carrot cake cheesecake, they really looked out for us with a huge piece and it was so good. cheesecake, cheesecake, cheesecake.
