fette sau

yesterday I went to one of my favorite places to eat, fette sau (which means fat pig in german). last night they had the saint louis style pork ribs, which I ordered as quick as I could before they ran out. once a choice of meat runs out for the day they go with another selection. those ribs were so tender and just came right off the bone. we had a pound of pulled pork, and made some mini sandwiches with the potato rolls. and of course the beef brisket and boneless beef ribs were banging. fette sau is one of the top five bbq spots in the city.
